SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION: Items are located in Peyton, CO 80831 Pickup is Friday, June 19th (9:00 am - 4:00 pm) by appointment Appointment scheduling links will be sent out at the close of the Part 2 auction on June 17th In-person inspection and preview is not available. Shipping available on certain items - please check before bidding. Please allow 7-10 business days to process shipping requests. Canceled shipping requests will still be liable for material and handling charges. Though we've had to raise our buyer's premium slightly to 18.5%, we now offer a discount for CASH purchases. If you pay us with cash, we will reduce your buyer's premium to 15%. Please let us know if you would like to use this option on your purchase. Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be accepted for purchases, including titled vehicles, exceeding $500. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. If you wish to pay for your purchases by cash or a credit card that is different from the one used to register for the auction, please notify us prior to 10am the day following the auction. All credit cards on file may be processed for purchases up to $500 at 10:30am on the day following the auction unless payment arrangements are made with our office. All weights, measurements and dimensions are approximate. Items not picked up during the designated pick-up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to the seller with no refunds.
