PAYMENT & PICKUP TERMS At the end of the auction, we will send you an invoice for your purchases.  That email will contain a secure link so that you may pay online.  If you would like to pay cash or your invoice is more than $500, please call our office and arrange payment by 10am the morning following the auction close.  At that time, the card on file may be run for any outstanding invoices unless we have spoken to you and confirmed a cash payment. Payment: All payments must be completed at the Schur Success Group office in Monument, CO, before collecting any purchases. Due to limited parking and the multiple pickup locations, payment at the pickup locations is not available, and all purchases must be collected during the designated pickup date and time. No alternate pickup arrangements will be offered. Pickup is available only on the date and during the time window specified. No extensions or alternate pickup arrangements will be permitted. Items not collected within the designated window may be considered abandoned and subject to removal or disposal at the buyer’s expense. Disposal fees range from $25 to $1,000, depending on the cost of removal and disposal. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items. Though we've had to raise our buyer's premium slightly to 18.5%, we now offer a discount for CASH purchases. If you pay us with cash, we will reduce your buyer's premium to 15%. Please let us know if you would like to use this option on your purchase by 10am the day following the auction close.  Cash or Wire Transfer ONLY will be accepted for purchases, including titled vehicles, exceeding $500. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. If you wish to pay for your purchases by a credit card that is different from the one used to register for the auction, please notify us prior to 10am the day following the auction. All credit cards on file may be processed for purchases up to $500 at 10:30am on the day following the auction unless payment arrangements are made with our office.
